Each month a visit to your stylist can inspire and revitalize you and your tresses but what keeps your artist feeling visionary and inventive? Here are a few clues to ponder:

  1. Responsibility: You are responsible for the energy you bring into the salon. A bad attitude equals compromised service.

  2. Respect: The other client enjoying her time in the salon does not deserve to hear your cellphone ringing or your latest complaints. Always keep in positive.

  3. Reassurance: Let your artist know when they change your life by spreading the word.  Referrals are how your stylist knows they matter.
